Red fruit granite-
  1. Put the red fruits for about 30 minutes in the bain-marie, covered.
  2. Strain in in the Chinese afterwards.
  3. Freeze this sauce for 24 hours.
  4. Fill 4 dessert bowls with this mixture.
  5. Add some sweetened whipped cream and fresh red fruits on top of it. Finish with some hacked pistachios.
