On the heart of the black forest, not far from the Baden Baden and its casino, stands a hotel-restaurant with 3 stars Michelin, the Traube Tonbach. In this hunting region, the chef Harald Wohlfart recommends a medallion of roe-buck with red cabbage, mushrooms and cepes, then we will join the Mediterranean to relish a grilled spiny lobster, a risotto with safran and a sauce pistou.
